I just recently got a new laptop. I can log onto my account but while I am in the portal trying to work I am constantly being logged out or I am told my session has expired. Do I have a setting set incorrectly? Or can you tell me what is causing this? I am scared to log in and try to take a quiz or test because I am afraid it will log me out. Thanks, Haley

Answer

Students that are getting kicked out every minute or so from the portal need to clear all browser history and cache in the browser. Remember to access the ASUN Portal with the Google Chrome Browser. This should resolve any issue you may be having.
