When I log in I get an Internet Optimizer Error. What do I do to get Student Email to Work?
Uninstall Internet Optimizer 1.Click on Start
5.Click on Internet Optimizer
6.Click on the Remove Button for the Internet Optimizer
7.Confirm Program is Deleted
8.Reboot Computer if necessary
B.Turn off the optimizer while you are working on the Portal. There should be an icon for your internet optimizer in the system tray located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Right click the icon and there should be a box pop up that will allow you to deactivate the optimizer while you are logged onto your Portal account. The optimizer will start again when your computer is restarted.
